Sean Zvandasara is the founder of Renowned Homes, a new homes brokerage that has sold over £80M in London new-build property since 2023, built without outside investment. Before that, he earned over £360,000 a year in personal sales as a new homes specialist at Foxtons, after five earlier ventures failed. In 2025 he was recognised in the Houses of Parliament as Under 30's Entrepreneur of the Year. A husband and father of three, he speaks candidly about building a business, a family and a faith at the same time, and what it actually costs to keep all three standing.

Sean started his career at Foxtons, working the floor of one of London's most demanding sales environments. From there he moved into Town Residential, first as Sales & Lettings Director, then as New Homes Director. Before any of that came five ventures that did not work: a shoebox business, university events, deals and startups that collapsed before they could grow. At one point he Airbnb'd his own home and listed his car on Turo just to keep the lights on. Discipline, study and daily consistency turned survival mode into momentum.
In July 2023 he founded Renowned Homes, working alone from hotel lobbies and wherever he could find Wi-Fi. Three years on it is a 14-strong team based in Canary Wharf, has sold over £80M in new homes, and has expanded developer partnerships into the UAE and Egypt, all without outside funding.
Faith is a deliberate, named part of how he thinks and leads, not a footnote. In his own words: 'Build your life on something deeper than just money or success. For me, that is faith. It keeps you grounded, gives you direction, and helps you stay steady in every season.'
